I'm fed up with the stress !!

I can be mad at my self and at people. However, it is wrong to be irritated so easily..

Sometimes, when I'm stressed from some issue, I can be harsh with people who tend to be annoying and treat them uneasily. In my defense I say : I can not be the best person all the time. I think that people ought to help each other and not be ignorant and careless about others' burdens.

yet, it's just what it is .. If you could not convince me with your passion .. then, it' just what it is..
isn't this frustrates you ? I would not really know .. I know that it would for me ..
